I recently installed Juno on a Fedora Core 17 (x86_64) and can't for the life of me get the CDT indexer to index any project. For example, I create a new workspace and import a single git repo of some C code that simply contains a half dozen C source and header files. If I then open one of source files and attempt to open the declaration of a function (or whatever) that is in one of the other source files in the project I get "Could not find symbol 'xxxxx' in index".
Can someone tell me how I can debug this or suggest what I might be missing?

A bit vague answer as I'm not using Eclipse at the moment, but try:
- to rebuild the index
- to make sure that the files are in the included directories
