I copy and paste a lot of content from other people's Word docs (sometimes it's not even clear it came from a Word doc) and we end up seeing gibberish characters on our staging server (they don't appear on my development box), so is there a way in Eclipse (or a plugin) that will strip smart characters out of the file when I save or while I'm editing it?
