Our developers use the following common plugins for development and I want to be able to create a bundled eclipse update site for a single install of all the multiple eclipse plugins with ease using the Eclipse Update Manager. Need your advise.

You can create a composite repository yourself that your developers can use. A composite repo simply contains pointers to other p2 repos to be used. See http://help.eclipse.org/juno/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Fguide%2Fp2_composite_repositories.htm&cp=2_0_20_3_1
