I think, my subsject say all.
I am thinking, that - as of 2012-06-18 - the best
try should be [htt://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/]

Right ??
The ones upper in the list are newer R[elease]C[andidate]
or is this wrong?

I just want to start with something absolutele stabil.

Hi !

I am finding the names really strange ... To not
wait and give something a try, I started downloding
>4.1.2< but as the downlod started, it shows me
>eclipse ..SDK...<

Is this the right version or is this just an SDK
to develop eclipse itself or add-ons for eclipse ??

Ok, thanks, have'nt seen this.

But after reading and after regard the big comparision sheet
I am completely unhappy. Will probably start using one of them.

According to that doc is everything starting with
"R" a realase, so "RC1" is a relase ... ????

There are no builds that start with RC1. Look at the name of the file:
it starts with S-
