Not sure whether it is the scope of the Babel project:

Has the Eclipse Platform documentation ever been translated to other languages?

I can't find the documentation in other languages than English in the Internet.

At the time the Babel project doesn't include documentation translations.

Well for a few projects like STEM I even helped them getting translation of
Video Tutorials into other languages going and find ways to host clips above
10 minutes on YouTube, but that is not something Babel currently does for
every project.
