Eclipe always opening same files [message #874997]

Lately I am having problem that Eclipse keeps opening 5 files that i have deleted long time ago.
I am not sure what should i do to make eclipse open files i last used?
I would be gratefull if someone could tell me what should i do to solve this problem.

Deleted in Eclipse or deleted in the file system?

If Eclipse tries to open a buffer for an inexistent file, what happens if you just close the buffer? It should no longer try to open it on next start, does it?
