Hello,

I am searching for a possibility to observe changes of files in my workspace over external programs.

I found hXXp://help.eclipse.org/indigo/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Freference%2Fextension-points%2Forg_eclipse_core_resources_refreshProviders.html. I have created the provider and I can add files to the PollingMonitor and internal the system is informed about the changes on the filesystem.

But how can I combine that with my own implementation of IRefreshResult?
Or is there another possibility?
I don't know how to get a notification for that event.

Thanks for any hints.
