How to create a servlet 3.0 project with the web.xml file? [message #839385]

I would like to write a servlet 3.0 and not use annotations but the web.xml file. Is there a way to create a Dynamic Web Project for the Servlet Specs 3.0 but with the automatic generation of the web.xml file or do I have to write it by hand? Or is there an editor I can use on a Dynamic Web Project to help me editing the web.xml?

I just created another new Dynamic Web Project 3.0 and stepping through the creation I found the option to generate the web.xml file.
