Hi,
we have changed the update sites for the HEAD builds. As of today, we deliver two builds. One for Eclipse 3.7 and one for Eclipse 4.2 which should also run on Eclipse 3.8.

Check http://www.eclipse.org/recommenders/download/ for the new update URLs.The old update site will probably continue to work for a few more days but will be turned of soon.
