I am using Birt version 2.3.2. I am looking at my palette but I don't see any checkbox option to drag to my form. Anyone here needs to have checkboxes on the form before? How do you implement that?

Can you use a text element with html code like:

<table>
Test: <INPUT TYPE="checkbox" NAME="Item1" VALUE="1" UNCHECKED>
<br>
</table>

Be sure to set the type to html for the text element.
