more specific which api in webtools does this.

No, because I don't know any of the details. This is the newsgroup
specifically for the XSD model. The source editor and all other fancy
stuff are provided by web tools so that will be the place to ask about
them. Of course a quick Google search of the Eclipse website can turn
up information faster than newsgroup questions:

It seems to me unlikely that any such tool will produce an ideal result
and will be useful beyond acting as a starting point for manual
designing an appropriate schema...
