Due to a critical bug in the upgrade scenario that went undetected in 0.3 and 0.3.1 releases, we had to issue an unplanned 0.3.2 release. The only difference from 0.3.1 is that users can now upgrade from 0.2.x releases instead of requiring a clean installation.
