STEM is now using Eclipse Babel to maintain our nls translations

To access the language bundles please go to:
http://babel.eclipse.org/babel/translate.php

Log in with your bugzilla ID
Under projects select technology.stem
Select a language (e.g., German)
Select the most recent version of STEM
Pick a property file. You can sort by name or by % complete.
