Thank for this new release !

To complete the installation of this new release, I had to uninstall
- the previous release of the Github Mylin Connector (1.0). And, the new
release of this connector cannot be installed from the MarketPlace.
- The Maven SCM Handler for EGIT v0.13 available from the M2E catalog
