Is it possible to use Virgo IDE (version 1.0.0.201106220519-M01) with the recently released Virgo 3.0.0? Obviously, no option to add a 3.0.0 server comes up in Servers > New > Server.

If not, when will updated Virgo IDE be available?

It should work on 2.1 but not all the features are there yet. The tools will get worked on and a new runtime added for 3.0.

Note: there are some issues about migrating existing projects, please read the wiki page at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Virgo/Tooling

Perhaps I don't understand something. After installing 3.0 Virgo Tomcat Server (following section 3 of User Guide), how can I tell the tooling about it (even if not all features work)?
