The questions is related to when adding modules to server proxies under the server view:

Are there any extension points available to contribute a wizard page when a specific module type is selected under the "Add/Remove..." wizard?

The intention is to prompt the user for a specific value when module type X is added. It would be ideal if the user can be prompted as part of the wizard.
