The GEF's Selection tool which selects multiple objects inside a rectangular area of a Graphical Viewer, by default,selects only editparts whose figure's are on the primary layer of the editor within the enclosed rectangle.

How can this be customized to select the elements in the connection layer too along with those in the primary layer for multiple selection of objects.

Please Suggest.
