setShowPerpectiveBar(false) through compat layer doesn't seem to work. Is there a workaround available?

Can I somehow disable the quick access field? Users can execute command there that they shouldn't...

Any help will be appreciated, as ever.

This one should be easy not. Simply remove the ToolControl from the
e4xmi - i hope I'm not mistaken here ;-)

This can't be worked around at the moment. How do you deal with this problem in 3.x, Thomas? Do you just disable Ctrl+3 in your application?
