In order to create a multiplicity relation between 2 classes:
1) Create Association link('Association' palette entry) between the two classes.
2) Select the Association, go to its Properties View.
3) In the Properties View choose 'SourceEnd' or 'TargetEnd' tabs, depending on multiplicity of which class you are going to edit.
4) In SourceEnd/TargetEnd tabs select 'Multiplicity' property and edit it.
