For notes on ECF conference call. Good news: we've passed the 2.0.0
review, and except for two pending CQs, have all our IP meta-data in
order for our upcoming release. Thanks to all that helped with those
things.

Please see the remaining action items for things that must happen in
next week for successful 2.0.0/Ganymede release on June 25.
Committers...if you are responsible for a listed area, please be
proactive in making sure the necessary things happen in necessary timeframe.
