How can we become committers of the Process Framework (EPF) Beacon project? [message #599693]

Hello,

we (European Software Institute) are interested in becoming committers to
the Eclipse Process Framework project Beacon. I guess there is an approval
to be requested to other committers along with the proposed participation,
but I can't find where to send this request.
Is it supposed to request it here at this forum?

Can anyone provide any support?
