I get the subject error with the following
Reason:
Resource is out of synch and needs to be reloaded.
<workspace_path\resource_path>.xmi

When I Synchronize I get "Synchronizing CVS: No changes found."

When I attempt to Update the resource, I get "No incoming Changes: There are
no incoming changes for the selected elements"

So what does "Resource ... needs to be reloaded" mean?
