I would like to develop the background necessary to use OSEE and possibly
participate in furthering it. I have seen many tutorials about specific
aspects of Eclipse. I have gone through a couple but I realize that there
are probably a string of tutorial that would be more appropriate than the
ones I am guessing.

I would appreciate direction on which tutorials will be most beneficial to
this goal.
