On the Eclipse Project, we have typically used the mailing lists for
conversations between developers, and used newsgroups for wider
communication with the community. We may need to have a split like that
eventually, but that's something we'll have to decide as a group.

All of that is just to say, that if you want to get a conversation
going here, that's cool. But for now, at least, you'll probably need to
watch the other communication channels as well, if you want track
everything that's happening.
