In yesterday's PMC meeting, the PMC agreed that the TPTP release to be
shipped in the Eclipse Helios release (June 2010) will be called TPTP 4.7.0
rather than TPTP 4.6.3 (as we had referred to it previously). This renaming
is to better reflect that certain function (e.g. BtM) will be moved to AS-IS
in this release. This also allow us some flexibility in fine tuning some
public APIs in this release.

Please note that TPTP is still considered to be in maintenance mode and will
not contain enhancement in function in the upcoming TPTP 4.7.0 release (with
development starting in January 2010).
