(Sorry about the repost, but I didn't see the link to the screen capture image, so I'm trying again.)

The uploaded screen dump shows a pop-up error after enacting OK in the "Import Schema" dialog. values entered are as shown, and I've verified that the XSD file does exist there. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
