Error while switching the workspace [message #491632]

Hi all,

To test my plugins, I had launched the eclipse from eclipse that is using Run As -> Eclipse Application.

Now from this newly launched eclipse when I am trying to switch the workspace I am getting the following error :-

"Unable to relaunch the platform because the eclipse.vm property has not been set".

I am attaching the screenshot.

Can some one please explain what is "eclipse.vm" property to be set ?

You can't switch workspaces in a hosted Eclipse instance. It just doesn't
work.

Also, you can't post screen shots to this newsgroup... please consider
copying and pasting the displayed text, or host the screen shot somewhere
else and post a link to it.
