If you want to use Faceted Project Framework with Ganymede, you will have to consume it from Eclipse Web Tools project. It was not broken out into it's own installable feature in that release.|
The easiest way to get started is to download Eclipse IDE for Java EE developers. Alternatively, you should be able to find and install Web Standard Tools features on the Ganymede update site. Those features contain the framework plugins among other things.
In WTP, the plugins have the following IDs:
Note that the framework plugins do not have any WTP dependencies even in Ganymede, so if you need to, you can always package these plugins separately.
