As of yesterday, the o.e.b.pde bundle was branched of to the Platform-3.5.x branch. There were two reasons:

1. Bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=288796, "Action output for site.p2.zip gets intermixed with other
products" since its fix moves the final zip to a new folder and thus is likely to break some builds out there that makes
assumptions of where it ends up.

2. The P2 publisher changed the return type for FeaturesAction.createFeatureRootFileIU() from an array of IU's to an IU.
