I want to use org.eclipse.ui.decorators to implement overlay icon on certain
files of a certain type of project (which has its own nature) with a filter
to indicate which file(s) are excluded from the build folder.

Is there a way to do it purely with the extension point (that is, without
defining a class), or I have to have a class that implements a
ILabelDecorator (or the light weight one)?
