I've got a CompareUI dialog that displays the differences between two
strings. Currently, the code is extremely simple... just a couple of compare
items, a compareinput, and passing that into CompareUI.openCompareDialog
It does a fine enough job out of the box of showing what chunks are
different, but what I'd really like is something along the lines of what the
JUnit plugin does.... if two strings are different, say "teh" and "tah",
it'll make the different characters a different color. In the JUnit Plugin's
case, it'd make the "e" and "a" red since they are the different characters.
Does CompareUI have support for such a thing? Or does the JUnit plugin roll
its own compare dialog?
Thanks for any guidance.
