Eclipse wiki discussions [message #41335]

I'm not a very experienced wiki user, but it seems a bit odd to me that
the discussion pages (Talk:*) are not used at all in the Eclipse wiki.
Instead, discussions are sometimes just marked differently on the main
pages. Is this intentional?
