I'm developing a wizard for Eclipse that needs to modify an UML
model file that is being edited by the UML2 Editor. I've obtained
a org.eclipse.uml2.uml.Model representation of the file and made
some operations on it, like creating nested packages and applying
some stereotypes, but I need that these changes could also be reflected
on the *.uml file.

Any hints of how to do that?
