Where is there documentation on the minimal XML for a .rptdesign? I am
looking for documentation beyond the ROM, on the semantics and use of
the interal IDs. This is very mysterious as there are no associative
references to the IDs. For example,
<row id="13">
<cell id="14">
<table id="18">
but there are no other reference to these IDs, yet they have very
specific semantics. I would like to know the semantics for both the
Designer and the Engine.

This documentation would be very useful for engineers that do not have
the report designer installed. For example, professional services
engineers could tweak or author a .rptdesign at a customer site.
