It appears as if there's a problem in RSE-runtime-3.1.zip:
None of the plugins or features get loaded by eclipse 3.5.

The feature.xml in
org.eclipse.rse.ftp_3.0.100.v200905272300-780A79oB55W5KBQBD9 D says it
provides and requires the plugin org.apache.commons.net

But it is not included in the plugins directory of the runtime zip file.
Fortunately it is included in the sdk and you can copy it over manually.
After that, the apache plugin gets loaded but still none of the
org.eclipse.rse plugins or features appear.
When using the RSE-SDK.3.1.zip I only see two org.eclipse.rse.sdk features
and for the plugins only org.eclipse.rse.doc.isv and org.eclipse.rse.sdk
get loaded. The rest is missing.

Any idea?
