I'm not sure if this is a bug or user error.

I changed a group of artifacts, using the ChangeArtifactType BLAM, from
"Component" to "Subsystem Requirement". All but one changed type
correctly. The one that didn't appears in Sky Walker as a child of the
parent artifact, but it does not appear in the Artifact Explorer tree.

Is anyone able to suggest what might have caused this, and/or how I can
get the artifact back into the tree, please?
