BOFs can be scheduled any time at all, although most of them will probably
be in the evenings of Mon/Tue/Wed. I doubt there will be many people left on
Thu evening. If you and your colleagues are bored during the day, you are
welcome to take a BOF room and have a pleasant and productive gathering.

Sign ups will be the same as last year: on a bulletin board at the
conference itself. This helps to allocate rooms to those BOFs that will
_actually_ be attended as opposed to those that are proposed but fail to
gain a critical mass.
