When I asked Ian Bull a while back about this, the family tree example was
part of one of the Zest guy's thesis and was not actually contributed to
open source with Zest.

Before we moved Zest into GEF I re-architected the graph (node link
diagram) and didn't move the tree over (as it already existed as a
Draw2D example). If this is important, can you open a bug under Zest.
