We've updated the RTSC-Pedia to comply with Eclipse copyright standards
for wiki contributions. So it's now possible for the community to
create an account and contribute to RTSC-Pedia.

Unfortunately there is no way to leverage your existing Bugzilla account
information, so you'll have to create yet another wiki account to
contribute. No account is required to read RTSC-Pedia, however.
