i can not find any answer with google so i try it here.

I have an eclipse 3.2 and i can not find anywhere the facet "utility
module" to set the reference of my web project to the other web project so
i can deploy it successfully.

Where can i download this facet and how i can implement it in this version
of eclipse. I know that this is not the current version, but i can not
update it, because it is the Workshop of BEA Systems and i need the other
functions.

Do you have any documentation or tutorials for the implementation?

Hi Michael,

You don't need to download a facet. What you need to do is to go into your
Web project properties, and in the J2EE Module dependencies page, check
mark the java project that you want to setup as your utility project.

Hi Michael,

From your initial post, it sounds like you are attempting to add the
jst.utility facet to an existing dynamic web project (i.e. a project that
already has the jst.web facet) and then create a dependency between these
two projects.

The jst.utility and jst.web facets are mutually exclusive and you are not
allowed to create a module dependency from one web project to another web
project.

Please see bugzilla https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=115990 for
the web-to-web dependency issue (I know this issue has been discussed in
some detail in other threads but cannot locate them at present).
