Hello,

I wonder why my project dependencies jar files are not listed by the
WebappClassloader.getResources("META-INF") method even though the needed
jars are in the WEB-INF/lib folder. Searching for a concrete file like
"META-INFO/my.taglib.xml" succeeds.

How does wtp bound jars of dependencies to the classloader?
