What is the deadline for submitting proposals for seminars and courses
for EclipseCon 2008 ?

Where can I find instructions for proposals ?

Great that you are getting an early start.

Instructions and deadlines will appear at:
http://www.eclipsecon.org/2008/
and within this newsgroup.

I would expect submissions to open soon and to be completed sometime in
November with the program coming out within December (based on previous
years experience).
