I notice from reading this page

that the deadline for submitting tutorial notes is Feb 2. What is the
deadline for submitting long talk notes?

If you want your notes on the USB key, the deadline is Feb 2nd. If you
are happy with them just being on the web pages, the deadline is the day
before the conference.
