[EMF Facet] How to access model instances? [message #1044905]

Hi all,
I am evaluating the possibility to use EMF Facets in my project in the
domain of autonomous flying drones (http://www.flyaq.it). I checked the
EMF Facets website and I really need its features, however I am a little
bit concerned about how tools such as Acceleo, ATL, ecc. are able to
transparently access models with facets attached. Does anyone have some
experiences on this side?
