Hi,

I cannot seem to make a DoubleClickFeature work on the diagram
background. From the code, it looks like the link between double-click
and the edit part's support for DoubleClickFeature is implemented in the
SelectEditPartTracker. However, when clicking on the diagram background
I believe a GDMarqueeDragTracker is active, and it doesn't seem to
support DoubleClickFeature.

Is this a intentional?
