Here with i have attached the sample csv file and pdf file how report should display.
Please help me.

The top section you'd just do with a 3 column 1 row grid with identical tables in each. Then, use filters to limit the values in each table. For the bottom, I'm not sure what you're wanting. Does that listing go on to represent every row in your csv and it's just cut off to show a sample? Also, there appears to be data in the bottom half that doesn't appear in the csv. Let me know.
