Eclipse Community ForumsExclusion rules for validators in Juno
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/mv/msg/368407/898245/#msg_898245
recently I upgraded my eclipse to Juno. I use IDE for PHP development (Symfony Eclipse Plugin) and I noticed that exclusion rules for validators dissapered from Project Settings comparing to Indigo. I really need this functionality due to large number of test xml files (stored in "Tests" direcories) that contains that errors' triggers in my project.
How can I get back that useful settings?
PS: I added exclude rules in PHP Build Path -> Source Folders but it doesn't change anything in matter of validation.
PS2: I am using Eclipse 4.2 with PDT 3.0 from official Juno Software Site.]]>Piotr Łyczba2012-07-26T04:39:40-00:00Re: Exclusion rules for validators in Juno

Because it is necessary to have org.eclipse.wst.validation.ui. PDT doesn't require/install it.

Thanks for your answer. It partialy solved my problem. Unfortunately it seems that ** placeholder in "**/Tests" folder exclusion rule isn't supported the same way like in "Build Paths" options. Is it any other way to define folder pattern in one rule? I would avoid adding rules for every single folder in each project.]]>Piotr Łyczba2012-07-27T06:21:44-00:00Re: Exclusion rules for validators in Juno
