What is the relationship between EMF SDO and Tuscany SDO?]]>

Christian,

EMF's SDO implementation is an implement of SDO 1.0. Tuscany has an

implementation of SDO 2.x. EMF's SDO 1.0 implementation relies on a

design where the SDO types and properties are adapters of the Ecore

model whereas Tuscany's SDO 2.0 implement extends EMF 2.2.2's Ecore

model to directly implement the SDO type and property APIs, resulting in

potentially better performance. In both implementations, every

DataObject will also be an EObject/InternalEObject.
