Eclipse Community ForumsHow to tell Buckminster to prefer source bundle?
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/mv/msg/205246/656613/#msg_656613
I have created a p2 site containing a metamodel feature and corresponding
plugins (as source as well as binary jars).
Now I want to use the source bundle in a subsequent build job.
With
buckminster.download.source=true
buckminster.convert.source=true
I reached that Buckminster downloads not only the binary jars, but the
source jars, too.
The problem is that the binary plugin seems to have a higher priority than
the source bundle.
This causes Buckminster thinking that imported packages do not exist. How
can I specify that Buckminster should use the source bundle? A cspex file
for the dependent plugin defining a dependency to the source bundle did not
help unfortunately.

there for reference only. You still need the binary bundle in your target platform in order to get things work.
