So if anyone can walk me through setting up Eclipse for the above-mentioned languages, I'd greatly appreciate it. I used Eclipse a number of years back for C++ development and really liked it then. the web tools one or the PHP one, and then use Help->Install New
Software... to install anything else that looks interesting or useful.

Eclipse IDE for JEE Developers is more for those writing Java-based
solutions. If you decide you want something more later, you can install
it in your existing download (as Ed points out).
